From October 20th to 26th, 2018, the IEC/TC91 annual meeting was held in Busan, South Korea. Mr. Cai Jianwei of Shengyi Technology Co., Ltd. (SYTECH) attended the meeting as the convener of WG10. He host two work group annual meetings, WG10 work group and the joint work group of WG3/WG10.

Mr. Cai was appointed as the convener of IEC/TC91 WG10 (equivalent to the work group leader) at the IEC/TC91 annual meeting in London, England in October 2017. This is the first time that IEC/TC 91 appoints Chinese people as convener, indicating that the technological level of China's printed circuit industry is recognized by the international advanced circles. It also marks that the technological development of SYTECH has reached international advanced level.

At the same time, SYTECH's two heat-conductive CEM product standards were issued by IEC in January 2018. In September 2018, SYTECH submitted an IEC proposal of two test methods and has passed national argumentation. The proposal will be formally submitted to IEC/TC91 W10 Work Group meeting as IEC project in May 2019 in Frankfurt, Germany.

The international standardization work of SYTECH is developing fast and entering into a new journey. SYTECH will continue to pursue the international advanced level with dedicated R&D, and will continue to contribute to the international standardization process of China's printed circuit industry.
